Guidelines for Registration | 注册指南

1. Author registration fee includes paper publication, 15 minutes presentation time, access to whole sessions, certificate, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks, conference proceedings (available after the conference), etc.
2. Abstract registration fee includes 15 minutes presentation time, access to whole sessions, certificate, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks , etc.
3. Delegate registration fee includes access to whole sessions, certificate, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks, etc.
4. One regular paper registration can cover a paper within FIVE pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Additional page will be charged 60 USD / 400 RMB per page.
5. The Student price is only applied for the paper whose FIRST author is student. Student' ID card copy should be attached for registration.
6. The additional paper price is only applied for the registered author who is the first author in both papers. One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only ONE proceedings copy.

Delegate Registration

Please fill the information and complete the payment via Online Payment System.
Please email Payment Order ID & Payment Email to rcaesub@academic.net and wait for the secretary‘s comfirmation.

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email. No shows will not be refunded. The organizing committee is not responsible for problems beyond our control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.
* The organizing committees reserve the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
